Its 47" x 15" tempered-glass surface creates a clear buffet line that typically fits about 8–10 serving dishes, keeping food within reach and presented with a modern table-ready look. The outer edge is designed to feel cooler to the touch to reduce contact heat during serving. Each panel offers independent temperature and timer control so sides can stay gently warm while mains hold hotter at the same time. Choose from 10 heat settings spanning 86°F–248°F and set an adjustable timer from 30 minutes up to 6 hours.
